Use of the service
TrimBox is a free tool that scans your Gmail inbox to identify mailing list subscriptions and frequent senders, and lets you archive, trash, or mark as read emails from selected senders in bulk. By using TrimBox you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must have a valid Google account and grant the necessary Gmail permissions to use the service.
Gmail access
TrimBox requests access to your Gmail account to read message headers during scanning and to archive, move to trash, or mark as read emails at your explicit request. TrimBox does not send emails on your behalf, access email body content, or take any action on your mailbox without your direct instruction. You are responsible for reviewing which senders you select before performing bulk actions. Archived and trashed emails can be recovered from Gmail but TrimBox does not provide an undo function. You can revoke access at any time through Google Account Permissions.
No warranties
TrimBox is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all mailing list subscriptions in your inbox will be detected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrimBox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
